    Metacognition is the awareness of one’s own actions and thoughts; the ability to imagine one’s self from the outside perspective in.

    Decoding and Fluency is the ability to sound out and recognize individual words and read them fluently. Decoding technologies can assist students with translating written symbols into meaningful words, quickly and accurately.
